Is there a setup fee?

There is no configuration cost; however, this may vary if the customer's needs require it.

Is there a charge as a percentage of sales?

We do not charge a percentage of sales or costs per transaction. Please note that, depending on the plan chosen, there is a monthly transaction limit.

How is the subscription charged?

The subscription is automatically charged to your credit card every month. For annual payments it includes the option of transfer or deferred payments.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your shop will be available until the end of the service.

Do you have discounted plans?

Yes, we discount 15% for annual payments.
We also have a Riqra Lite plan available for small businesses that want to digitize their sales with Riqra. To access this plan it is necessary to go through an evaluation to determine if they qualify.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use your own domain. We provide the SSL security certificate on all our plans.

Do I need to contract web hosting?

Our platform includes secure and unlimited hosting for all our plans.

What does the monthly payment include?

Includes maintenance and storage of the online shop, as well as support and updates within the corresponding plan.

Do you provide training on the use of the platform?

Yes, our team provides an initial training that will show you how to use the sales platform as well as the admin panel.

Does the platform include support?

Yes, our team is ready to help you through our email channel, or through the chat in your admin panel.

Can orders be invoiced?

Our software is specialized in e-commerce, it is not possible to issue invoices through it.

Is it possible to handle different prices for different customers?

You can manage from 3 price lists in our regular plans to more to differentiate between your customers. E.g.: general list, wholesale and retail.
We also have features such as agreed prices or promotions for buying in bulk or in volume.

Do I need to know a programming language or hire a developer to manage my Riqra platform? 

It is not necessary, you can use the administration panel to manage your online store, it is an intuitive tool, simple to use where you can manage the product catalog, prices, categories, stock and much more.
In this same panel you will be able to make the changes you need for your platform, whenever you want.

What do the integrations consist of?

Riqra is connected with other software such as ERPs, payment gateways and last mile logistics. To integrate them, you need to contact the desired service and contract it, and then integrate it with your online store.

Is it possible to modify the home page design?

You will be able to add your logo and modify the colors of your graphic line; however the structure of the store is not modifiable.

Does the price of the plan include taxes?

The plan does not include any kind of tax. You will be able to request an invoice that will be sent after the charge.

Your store will remain active without any inconvenience. We will contact you in case you exceed the number of transactions to readjust your current plan.

Do you provide an invoice or proof of payment?
